Small group swimming school includes 5 or 10 intensive swimming lessons scheduled during spring, summer and autumn indoors in a pool.

Mini-groups of 3-5 students contribute to an extra calm learning environment where the swimming teacher has the opportunity to individually adapt so that all children can develop based on their prior knowledge and abilities.

The mini-group swimming school is playful, while all teaching focuses on swimming. Each course is based on a well-developed syllabus.

The swimming school ends with a festive closing with a presentation, awarding of badges and diplomas and coffee!

Level: Preparatory

Requirements: 4 years

Goal: To be able to swim correct leg strokes and arm strokes. Be able to dip parts of the face and float with flotation aids. Able to jump in shallow water.

Level: Step 1

Requirements: 5 years

Goal: To be able to correctly coordinate arm and leg movements in prone and supine positions with few flotation aids. Be able to submerge the whole head, float with few flotation aids and be able to jump in shallow water.

Requirements: Be able to swim coordinated arm and leg strokes in prone and back positions.

Goal: Be able to swim 10 m breaststroke or backstroke. Be able to dive to the bottom in shallow water, jump in deep water and float for 10 seconds.

Requirements: Be able to swim 10 m in breaststroke or backstroke

Goal: Swim 25-50 m breaststroke or backstroke. Be able to dive from the edge, tow along and throw a lifebuoy and float for 30 seconds.

Requirements: Be able to swim 25 m in any breaststroke or backstroke

Goal: Swim 200 m breaststroke or backstroke. Be able to dive from the edge and be able to dive to a depth of 1 m. Be able to tow along and throw a lifebuoy and float for 1 minute.

Level: Step 5

Number of students: 3-5

Number of lessons: 10

Requirements: Be able to swim 200 m in any breaststroke or backstroke

Goal: Be able to swim 300 m breaststroke and 100 m backstroke. Be able to dive from the edge and be able to dive to a depth of 1.5 m. Be able to turn from stomach to back in deep water. Be able to lateraldive 5 m, tread water for 2 minutes and float for 2 minutes.

Level: Step 6

Number of students: 3-5

Number of lessons: 5

Requirements: Be able to swim 300 m breaststroke

Goal: Be able to swim 600 m breaststroke and 300 m backstroke. Be able to dive from a height of 1 m, be able to deep dive 2 m deep and be able to dive 10 m long. Be able to float with clothes on for 3 minutes and bring a friend ashore in a lifebuoy. Be able to float for 3 minutes and tread water for 3 minutes.
